Audiences

The Room Changes. The Work Does Not.

The situations differ. A student deciding who to run with, a team coming off a losing season, a staff carrying a hard year, an organization navigating change. The underlying challenge is the same: what do you do with what is left.

Elementary Students (K-5)

A dedicated student experience for elementary buildings, delivered through the GROW assembly rather than shortened from an older-audience presentation. GROW is one K-5 assembly with two age-appropriate delivery styles, adapted to the students in the room.

What the session emphasizes

Confidence, effort, respect, ownership, and dreaming bigger about the future.

A Note on Range

The framework is not age-specific

Some of Tony’s work happens in schools and youth programs. It does not stop there. The same framework gets used with college students, athletic departments, educators, reentry organizations, and leadership teams that are navigating their own version of a hard season.

What changes is the language, the examples, and the level of interaction. What stays is the structure: see what is possible, create a direction, and build forward from there.

Adapted

Language, stories, and examples matched to the group in the room.

Interactive

Participation built into the session, not appended to the end.

Usable

Something participants can write down and run again next time.
