More Than a Story. A Framework for Moving Forward.
Tony Canty is a resilience, mindset, and performance speaker who uses lived experience, storytelling, humor, and practical frameworks to help people move forward through adversity.

Built Through Experience. Designed for Application.
Tony Canty’s story includes childhood instability, foster care, frequent school changes, incarceration, education, sales, and personal rebuilding. It also includes the mentors and experiences that helped him see a different future than the one his circumstances suggested.
That combination did something specific. It made resilience concrete. Not a slogan, not a personality trait some people are simply born with, but a set of decisions a person can make when the ground shifts underneath them.
Over time, those decisions became repeatable. Articulating them turned lived experience into a practical framework for resilience, perspective, decision-making, gratitude, vision, and consistent action.
Today Tony brings that framework into schools, college campuses, youth programs, reentry organizations, athletic departments, and companies. The work is not to revisit the hardest chapters. It is to help people recognize what still remains, see what is possible next, and take the next step forward.
Four things every room gets
Lived Perspective
Lessons developed through real adversity, rebuilding, and forward movement.
Practical Frameworks
Simple ideas audiences can remember, apply, and continue using after the event.
High-Energy Delivery
Storytelling, humor, interaction, and meaningful moments built for connection.
Real-World Experience
Years of working with people, performance, leadership, communication, and personal development.
Gratitude to consistency
The five moves underneath every keynote, workshop, and program Tony delivers.
Gratitude
Start by naming what remains, without pretending the hard thing did not happen.
Vision
Build a picture of what could come next that is specific enough to aim at.
Planning
Turn that picture into a direction and a first set of steps.
Action
Take the step that is available now, not the one that requires everything to be ready.
Consistency
Repeat it long enough that it compounds into a different direction.
Rooms that are navigating something real
Your starting point is part of your story. It does not have to become the limit of your story.
That idea is where the keynote begins, and where every program Tony delivers is built from.
